Cuisinart DCC-1100 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemakers
Make waking up wonderful with this classically-designed coffee maker, accented with stainless steel and able to brew up to 12 cups of bold, eye-opening coffee. Simply preprogram the brew process up to 24-hours ahead and the fully automatic maker does the rest. Choose one to four cups for those times you don't need a full pot. Three-year limited warranty. Model DCC-1100.Customer Review: Great Coffeemaker
I am very happy with this product. It is easy to program and makes great coffee.
Customer Review: Beat expectations
After reading the reviews for this product I decided to try this machine. I own multiple Cuisinart products and felt safe based on the comments made by others as well as most of my own experience with the brand - it was a good choice. I am sipping my first cup as I type this, it is the first machine I have owned (of many) that actually delivers a hot cup of coffee using the 1-4 cup setting. This maker replaced a Cuisinart 4 cup maker with an uninsulated ?aluminum/steel? carafe which burned all coffee made in it if left for more than a few minutes after brewing stopped - no problems with that in this model, temp has remained consistent even after sitting for a while on the warming plate. Setting the clock was simple, consisting of holding the hour button until it flashes, scrolling through the hours until you find the correct one, doing the same with the minutes, then waiting a few seconds for it to set itself - very easy. Filling the unit with water is not difficult, does not seem better or worse than filling any other maker. Any concerns about the water filter can be tempered by the cost of purchasing coffee from a specialty store. Through Amazon, you can buy a 2-pack for around $6.00 with a recommended replacement rate of 60 days or 60 pots (which can, of course, be stretched depending on water quality). In comparison to what I have spent in the past buying lattes, etc., this is a savings and the quality of the brew means I don't miss the other. I do not often use timer settings or have coffee waiting for me as I wake up, but I will use some of the other functions and like the fact that the machine will indicate when it needs to be cleaned. The controls are easy to use and I like being able to simply press a button to start brewing instead of a toggle switch that requires holding the machine with one hand while pressing the button with the other (not that I am lazy, it is just simpler with the button) I bought this machine in part because, though I am the only coffee drinker in our house, when friends or family visit, I like the option of being able to make larger pots. I also liked the value and would buy another machine in the future regardless of whether it is on sale or not. I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to others.

Mr. Coffee DRTX84 8-Cup Thermal Coffee Maker, White
Enjoy delicious coffee with the Mr. Coffee DRTX84 8-Cup Thermal Programmable Coffeemaker. Set it for brewing that first delicious cup right when you wake up - all you'll have to do is pour and drink!Customer Review: You get what you pay for
I've had this coffemaker for about 2 months now. If makes a great cup of coffe and does keep it warm without a hot burner. The problem I have is that its messy. The way that it is set up, you have to lift the lid to make the coffee, the problem being that the lid is the entire top of the machine. Also, I made the mistake of buying the white one, and the white lid on the maker is already stained and looks nasty. My previous thermal was a Black and Decker and black in color. I was much happier with it. Just my 2 cents.
Customer Review: Good looks and great coffee fast, without complexity
It's funny. When we visit relatives and friends, we find many of them have purchased coffee makers in the $100 price range, and, inevitably, they are not able to make a pot of coffee for 20-30 minutes. And their complex coffee apparatus is usually gunky looking (unclean, effecting taste). Coffee requires that boiling water be siphoned through coffee grounds. It's that simple. Get this simpler devise, though it's just as handsome .. and just as functional. It has a DELAY capability if you need that (we don't), and is easier to keep clean by washing/rinsing the basket and carafe after each use .. this keeps the carafe top white as well. TIP: just as you would for any thermos, preheat the stainless steel carafe for a 2-3 minutes with hot (or boiling) water. This will ensure that your coffee remains hot for hours.

Capresso 4440.90 3-pack Charcoal Water Filters
Package of 3 Charcoal Water Filters for use with Capresso 427 - 439 - 452 Coffee MakersCustomer Review: A filter for Capresso Coffee Makers
I have bought these filters for years and was glad to see them carried on Amazon. I noticed that a couple of reviewers who rated this item one or two stars based on the Capresso filter being the wrong size for coffee makers made by Hamilton Beach. Apparently, these persons are capable of ordering an item from Amazon, but are incapable of understanding that these filters are made to fit Capresso coffee machines. They gave the filters low ratings, not due to the performance of the filter, but due to their own ignorance in reading comprehension. It is ashamed that they will never see or read my review but, then again, I harbor no expectation that these words would be understood. Hopefully, these people do not order shoes online.
Customer Review: These filters don't compliment the Capresso!
When I ordered the Capresso Grind & Brew Coffee maker, these filters were listed as complimentary items. However, they are not designed for the coffee maker I ordered, so I had to return them.

Cuisinart (DTC975BKN) 12 Cup Programable Thermal Coffeemaker Bundle
Our newest edition in thermal coffee makers, this model features a carafe that is made of brushed stainless steel and accented in either white or black. The Auto Brew coffee maker brews coffee directly into the carafe by using our patented brew-through lid. Serving coffee is just as easy: the lid also dispenses the brew without ever having to twist or turn the carafe lid. The carafe is so efficient that it keeps coffee hot for 12 hours and warm for eight. It preserves that great coffee flavor from the moment you brew it.Monday, April 20, 2009

Krups DuoThek 10-Cup Thermal Coffeemaker With free Decalcifier - FREE Shipping
Your spouse prefers a brewed cup of dark French Roast in the morning, while you prefer to finish off a whole pot of mild, lighter-bodied coffee during the course of the day. How to satisfy everyone? This dual coffeemaker has two independent carafes, filter holders, water chambers, and water level indicators so you can simultaneously brew up to 10 large cups of each persons favorite blend. The DuoThek is also great for offering both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee at dinner parties or in a small office.Krupss special Deep Brew System employs a unique filtering action to enrich the flavor of any ground beans, and a double-walled filter preserves coffee aroma and keeps brewing at the optimum temperature. The controls on this coffeemaker are few and completely idiot-proof. They consist of separate illuminated power switches for each side of the coffeemaker and a button that slows the brewing cycle down when brewing less than three cups (works on the left side of the coffeemaker only). Each of the thermal stainless-steel carafes is double insulated to keep beverages hot for hours and preserve flavor. The carafes include plastic screw-top lids for additional heat retention and have a spout that ensures drip-free pouring from any angle. This coffeemaker uses paper filters and is covered by a limited one-year warranty. --Cristina VaamondeHills Bros. introduces new beverage system to U.S.; Coffee, cappuccino and espresso from one machine.: An article from: Tea & Coffee Trade Journal

Cup is not includedCustomer Review: Perfect!!
This coffee maker is just what we wanted. Makes one cup when we want and is very fast. For anyone who does not drink 10 cups of coffee a day this is what you will want. We also bought one for my Mother and she loves it also. Could not be happier with it.
Customer Review: Excellent
I bought this almost 2 months back, and use it once or twice a day. Brews coffee pretty quickly. The best part is that the filter is permanent... you no longer need to put a paper filter everytime you need to brew!! And the filter is very easy to clean, just hold it under running water for 2 seconds.

This is not what I thought it was. I was looking for espresso pods--my mistake... but, when I tried to salvage the coffee in the pods and just make a regular cup, the coffee was really awful.

Customer Review: Love it
Makes great coffee, much easier to clean than the older model. The instructions say to clean the area where grounds fall into the basket; this is really easy to do if you use a nipple brush. Place a bowl under basket area than brush grounds down into bowl - done. Much easier than the instructions. It does take a few pots to find the right strength of coffee. We have found the medium setting, 10 cups. Then use 12 cups of water makes the perfect cup.
Customer Review: Disappointed
I just returned my second unit, so needless to say I am disappointed. The first didn't work at all. The second worked (sort of), but 4 out of 5 times the door popped open mid-cycle. This resulted in coffee grounds landing on the counter and the brewing cycle interrupted. There's no way to tell the unit to "pick up where you left off", so it took lots of effort to replace some of the water and re-calculate how many additional beans needed to be ground to accommodate the desired amount of coffee. I spent 30 minutes this morning and still didn't have a full pot of coffee. That's when I decided to "cry uncle" and give up. The grind and brew is a good idea, but the execution needs work. Even when it works, it takes way too long to brew a full pot, and the pouring feels like it takes a lifetime. If it sits under a cabinet (probably typical), it has to be moved every day to add water (I think this means the "profile" is too tall). And the right side view for the water level is awkward. Maybe the next generation will be better, but for now I'm going back to something simpler and more dependable to provide that much-needed pot of morning coffee.

Senseo Douwe Egberts Coffee Pods
Customer Review: Not strong enough
I have a basic problem of having been brought up in Spain. So, I'm oriented to good strong robust coffee. In my research, I concluded that this would be the strongest available for Senseo. Still not strong enough. This morning I used 2 pods to make a short cup of coffee. Its getting better. I also just discovered that they make a pod filter in which I can place my own coffee grounds. I will order two of these and test them. I feel this may be the answer.
Customer Review: Excellent product....have it on auto delivery...
I have been buying Senseo for a couple years now and am very satisfied with the quality & taste of this product. We enjoy the medium and dark roast and take advantage of the auto-delivery discount through Amazon. We happen to use the Senseo coffee to make ourselves latte's & mochas; heating up half a cup of milk in the microwave, then press single serve, pour the coffee into the hot milk, stir in a tablespoon of chocolate mixture and ....(if we're feeling indulgant), top it off with whip cream. No need for Starbucks or coffee house when you have excellent coffee like this at home! ...The quality and flavor are great and had never disappointed. 5 stars!

No need for Starbucks or coffee house when you have excellent coffee like this at home! ...The quality and flavor are great and had never disappointed. 5 stars!

Customer Review: great coffee
Nice product great for people who need a quick cup or have a number of different type of drinkers. Does a mean hot tea also.
Customer Review: Mixed feelings
Got this for Christmas and the gadget guy in me thinks it's cool. There's no doubt that it's simple and easy to use, though I'm not sure the point of a pre-set timer since it can heat up the water in <2 minutes and it's cooling in your mug the second it hits. I also question the cost of both the unit and the coffee. Forty-two cents isn't bad for a cup of great coffee, but I'm still experimenting and haven't hit that "great cup" just yet. Having gone through the sampler pack and a box of Newman's Extra Bold (that the wife got me), I'm still experimenting. Issues around the plastic waste generated by each of those k-cups. Note as well, tea from these units is weak due to it's fast brew system. Hot chocolate was similar, but may differ by maker.

Senseo HD7832 Supreme Single-Serve Gourmet Coffeemaker with LCD Display, Silver
Designed by Philips, one of the world's largest electronics companies, the SENSEO Coffee Machine brings great taste - in both design and coffee - to your kitchen. The patented system uses perfectly balanced proportions of coffee and water. Mild pressure and a special spray head produce an optimally balanced coffee filtering process.Customer Review: Good, BUT, don't wouldn't waste money on SUPREME model
Purchased 7832 model. Good looking/space saver coffee maker. Makes a pretty good tasting cup too. But not worth money for deluxe model. I only make 2 cups a day maybe 3 on weekends. At Week 2 the LCD lights broke. I'm very careful with water reservoir but water has leaked around back of unit 5 times (only owned it about 1.5 months). Something may be wrong with the functionality/manufacturing of this unit. Also needs to make a bigger cup of coffee- that adjustable spout is a joke- it only fits mugs. It cant even fit a small "to go" thermos cup for the commute. My beef is with the company Senseo. I called them to explain situation and they agreed to send a new unit. However, the one they originally sent was the wrong model. I'm still waiting on back ordered deluxe model. Then I'll need to send back both coffee makers. Kind of a nightmare. I hate being inconvenienced! I'll probably just order a Keurig next time- they have more variety of coffee too.
Customer Review: Great machine
After having tried Senseo HD7832 Supreme Single-Serve Gourmet Coffeemaker with LCD Display, Silver and both the Breville and Keurig, Supreme models, I am thrilled to have finally found a great one cup coffeemaker. The coffee pods are cheaper than the K cups, but not only that, you can insert 2 pods for stronger or a larger cup of coffee. With the K cups for the other machines, you use the same amount of grounds for the small to xlarge cup, and it's just too weak. I never thought that made sense. The Senseo also takes up less counter space and it works faster than advertised. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!
